Great customer service!

This was a truly pleasant car buying experience. I had been searching for the right car at the right price and was running into dealerships that played games. That changed when I found a car I liked at Redlands CDJR and connected with Sal, one of their salesmen. He spent several days answering all of my questions over the phone and helping me work out the details before I even stepped foot in the dealership. When I arrived, Henry stepped in since Sal was off that day and guided me through the test drive and the final steps. Graham, the sales manager, went above and beyond to secure a loan offer that exceeded my expectations and actually saved me money. Adrian, the finance manager, finished things off with a fast and smooth paperwork process so I could get into my new car without delay. Every person I worked with was professional, friendly, and patient as I asked more questions than I can count. I drove over an hour to buy this car and the team made every mile worth it. I left as a very happy customer and would gladly recommend Redlands CDJR to anyone looking for a dealership that treats you right.
