Josh in the service department was great to work with on a rear main seal leak. What stood out was that he warrantied the radiator instead of trying to sell a new one when it didn’t need to be out of pocket. Honest and customer focused.

Blake in service was great. He was able to get my vehicle looked at and fixed very quickly and communication was great.

I needed to have the PCM in my Jeep reprogrammed and Marlene in the service department took care of it. She called to give me updates, and she was professional and knowledgeable. The cost was much less than I expected. The Jeep runs as good as new!

We just purchased our Jeep Wagoneer from Redlands Chrysler DJR in January. We since noticed a couple of "trim" fixes that we needed to have looked at. (Also as a side-note but for context, since buying the car, our newborn arrived 4 weeks early, and my husband unexpectedly got deployed so I have been solo-parenting 3 under 3 - all that to say: my life is crazy at the moment, and I have a lot on my plate). That being said, Edgar with Finance, Cody, the Service Manager and especially Blake in the Service Department have collectively helped to address these small issues on our new car and have done it as seamlessly as possible. They have been easy to speak with, kind and have shown a true effort to help me out. As a customer who just bought this car, and someone who has a full schedule and a lot to manage otherwise - it was a relief to know that this was not an added headache on top of everything else going on currently in my day-to-day life. Edgar, Cody and Blake are an excellent example of wonderful customer service, great communication and follow-through. Those are things that are hard to find nowadays. Keep that in mind if you find yourself needing any service on your car done in the future!

Took my Wagoneer in for service and I was greeted by Marlene in service department Marlene took the time to explain what each service does for my car and got me shuttled back home right away. I use to go to another dealership and that is were I bought my car. I always felt like I got the run around Redlands jeep is we’re I’ll be coming from now on. Thank you Marlene
