We went to dodge in redlands to diagnose my durango for electrical issues, Josh Petty is who helped us. He was awesome and really helped us through. Great customer service and he actually really cared. When I picked up my car it was washed and cleaned! I had a scrap on the side he even buffed out! I will continue to bring all my cars to Josh Petty and thank him very much for our experience there!

Blake provided amazing service when I took my truck in. He ensured I got the best tires and everything needed to be done to my truck was done perfectly. I had an excellent experience. I had my car towed there from Lake Arrowhead. My car is a Pacifica plug-in hybrid. It had some kind of electrical glitch. Josh Petty received it and called me. Even though they had a 2 to 4 day backlog, Josh took the initiative,had a tech look at it, diagnose it, fix it and it was ready for pick-up by the end of the day. Exceptional, outstanding service! Fastest purchase I have made, Mike from sales was friendly and courteous. Edgar from loads was also friendly and very nice explaining everything quickly so we can get on the road.
