I had and continue to have a great experience with Christopher Howard, my salesman. He gets 5++++ stars. The negative experience was with the price negotiation at the table with the manager. Excessive markup. I declined them all. He would not budge on the Stargardgps markup up of $1043. I told him I didn’t want it and I was told it was already installed and had to be paid for. Reading up on it, it is something dealerships install for lot theft. They pay approximately $200-300. This is the only part of the sale so far that stinks! It is not a factory install, it could have come off. So that part has left a sour taste in my mouth about the deal. BEWARE of the Stargardgps add on charge which AI says thieves know how to bypass anyway.

My husband and I bought a New car from them yesterday and had the best experience at a dealer. Went car shopping all weekend, these guys went above and beyond. LOVE my new car and will be happy to purchase Hubby’s new car in the future and will definitely recommend. Thank you for fantastic service 🙌🏽

I was very pleased with the entire experience at Relands Jeep.

This was my 2nd truck purchase from Redlands CDJR and it was even better than the first (2020). From Jaime to Michael to Adrian, I was treated quite literally like family. Michael helped me order a custom Ram 1500 4x4 Laramie, Midnight Edition. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and even surprised me with a few extra goodies today. It's pretty cool when your name is printed in the window sticker, I highly recommend it!!! Below is three generations of Joes, my son rang the victory bell for me.
