I’ve been going to the Redlands CDJR service department for several years and have always had a great experience with their team, especially Carlos. Over the years, I’ve actually purchased my vehicles out of state because, believe it or not, the process was always so much easier. When I told Carlos we were in the market for a new Jeep, he suggested that I give his sales team a chance. I told him I’d had several bad experiences with California dealerships and preferred buying out of state. Man, was I wrong! The sales team at Redlands CDJR made this one of the smoothest and easiest vehicle purchases I’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, straightforward, and stress-free. A big thank you to Carlos and the entire Redlands CDJR team for taking such great care of us. I think Redlands CDJR worked very hard to help me get into a truck I liked with flexible terms. Most of my deal was completed online with very minimal effort on my part. Due to my current credit rating this wasn’t an easy task. Even though I didn’t quite receive the APR I was looking for I am still leaving a positive rating due to the effort shown by everyone on the staff that I had the pleasure of working with. Trucks awesome, filled me up before I left and made a challenging situation seem easy. They are a good team to work with if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. They have plenty of inventory and will do everything they can to get you into a new or new to you car. Thank you.

Purchasing my son’s very first car was a BIG moment for us, and although our experience didn’t start off the best, I truly believe it’s not always about the mistake it’s about how you handle it and make things right. We originally came to the dealership for a vehicle that was listed online as available, only to find out when we arrived that it actually wasn’t available. Needless to say, as a mom trying to help her son with his first major purchase, I was frustrated and disappointed. However, I also understood that the situation was out of the hands of our salesman and finance manager, which is honestly why I feel bad not giving them 5 stars — because those gentlemen personally deserve every one of them! Noah truly stepped up to the plate. He apologized on behalf of the dealership, was extremely transparent with us, and took the time to explain exactly what had happened. What impressed me most was that he never used pushy sales tactics. He approached us more like a genuinely concerned human being who wanted to make the situation right. That earned my respect and, more importantly, my trust. Edgar, our finance manager, was just as wonderful. He helped close all the loops and tie up the loose ends, walking us through everything and setting realistic expectations. He made sure we understood the process and felt comfortable moving forward. We all make mistakes businesses included. What matters is what you do afterward, and these gentlemen absolutely knocked it out of the park when it came to making things right. My son drove away with his first car, and what started as a frustrating experience ended with us feeling heard, respected, and taken care of. They definitely turned us into returning customers, and when it’s time for our next vehicle, we will absolutely give them the opportunity to earn our business again. ❤️🚗
