I had an awesome experience. My salesman Mike Prieto was patient with my non stop questions and multiple test drives. In addition, his knowledge about my interest in the pre-owned Wrangler Sahara was very beneficial to me making a final decision to purchase my next vehicle here. AJ Ortiz closed the financing end of the process was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend giving Redlands Chrysler Dodge Jeep a stop by if you are out car shopping.

Bought a truck from Redlands Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership. My experience was very pleasant, and the process went so smoothly. Both the salesman, Antonio, and the finance person, Edgar, were very professional, informative and so helpful. I would definitely refer this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I visited this location about a month ago to sell my 2009 Subaru Forester. I had visited other dealerships, all of which were giving me poor offers for my car. Redlands CDJR gave me the best offer for my vehicle, I worked with Nick, he was very helpful and straightforward with the condition of my car and the offer. Very good customer service :)

Omar Alkoulany was my sales associate he was wonderful to work with. He did his job efficiently and didnt bullshit me. We were in and out quickly. I was not satisfied with the detail wash they did. But it was dark outside. I was able to come back and they took care of it respectfully. Finance was great! Im very happy with my purchase and the service received.

I just want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the entire Dealer Service staff from the management to the service desk for going above and beyond yesterday 9/24/26! Brought my Jeep in explained I had a stuck key fab lost in the center counsel that was impossible for me to get out. Instead of having to file an insurance claim to get another key fab or pay to have them un-screw the center counsel, the manager noticed the frustration and the manger/ supervisor asked for my keys, told me “dont worry about all that, we’re gonna get em out for you!” drove my jeep to the back, did the work to get my trapped key fab out and handed me my key fab literally within 20- 30min.. no charge or insurance hassle! That’s going above and beyond guys! Huge shot out to the Service Manger/ Supervisor, and entire team! Thank you guys👍🏽👊🏽 - Judah

Taking your car in for service is never fun but I love the friendly people that work at Redlands Chrysler. The shuttle driver, Frankie, is awesome! He is always so kind and considerate every time I need a ride. Blake, the service advisor, is also wonderful. He stays on top of updating me, and is always a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend this dealership for service.
