I had searched for a Ram 2500 for about 3 months. Then I came across this one. This was the exact configuration I was looking for. Ram 2500 Big Horn Patriot Blue Pearlcoat. Certified Pre Owned. It had 21,000 miles. I emailed the dealer and inquired about it. Still available. So I then went in research mode. Reading reviews about the dealer.ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS. That's very unusual. So I was wondering were some of these AI. I went to the dealer on Saturday February 14. They knew I was coming out. They pulled the truck out and had it ready for a test drive. My wife and I drove the truck. Alex encouraged me to take it on the freeway. Most test drives are around the block. He allowed me to go into a parking lot and test all 4x4 modes too. I really liked the truck. Now here comes the negotiation. Alex brought over a printed sheet with all kinds of warranties and mark up. I pulled out my printout of the CARS law in California and showed him. I then told Alex I did want these items, and the add one were overpriced. Alex went back to his manager and brought back a corrected offer. It was exactly what I wanted to pay. They were happy and so was I. These 5 star reviews started to make sense. I had hid the fact that I was a cash buyer, all other dealers when I said paying cash the attitude changed. Alex did not skip a beat when told him I was paying Cash. The deal did not change. I got to Finance and it went very smoothly. Signed al. Paper work, went to my bank and got a cashiers check. Exchanged check for paperwork and drove off WHAT A GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.
