I had a great truck buying experience, and the team was very friendly and happy to work with me on a great sale.

I'm a 2026 New RAM 1500 owner who was looking for a HEMI V8 Laramie with specific features. I called over 5 RAM dealerships within a 50mi radius but had no luck finding one in stock. Redlands CDJR was the only dealership that suggested I have it built through the Stellantis website and they were willing to help me build my custom order. Everyone at Redlands was super friendly and my salesperson Eric made my car buying experience the best ever. Usually car buying is stressful and takes many long hours, but not at Redlands. These guys helped me place my order within an hour. The build took over 2 months but it was well worth the wait. I got the exact truck I wanted! Once it was received at the dealership I made the purchase within a day and only took a couple hours to do all the paperwork before Eric delivered the truck to my home. They made my truck buying experience memorable from the bell ring to adding a giant bow to the truck when I came outside. They really take the time to celebrate with you and I appreciated every moment. Thank you Eric at Redlands CDJR!

Quick, straight to the point. No shread with sales guy, the finance guy and finance manager and dealer manager. Guys were quick and knew if we could make a deal we could take it if not then maybe next time. But they made it work.

I went in to get my 2015 Jeep Cherokee looked at and I dealt with Blake. He was super amazing. Very honest and helpful. He made sure I got the best price for what I needed done. He also explained what everything was for and why it needed to be done and when it needed to be done. He kept me updated on every step. Made this an easy process. Never did he pressure me about anything that wasn’t what I was there for. I felt like he truly took care of my Jeep and the work being done. I would definitely go back.

I’ve took my truck in for an oil change here before, and it was one of the quickest experiences around. When I started looking into trading it in for a newer model, the sales team helped me every step of the way. Although I didn’t end up getting a new vehicle, I still wanted to write this review because of the great service I received. Recently, I went to Les Schwab for an alignment because it was convenient. I was shocked at how much they wanted to charge me, along with the long list of parts they claimed needed to be replaced. Something didn’t feel right, so I decided to drive 45 minutes out of my way to the service team at Reliable Dodge of Redlands—and I’m glad I did. Carlos specifically took care of me this time, and he was honest and straightforward. He explained everything clearly and let me know that the previous recommendations I received were unnecessary. I really appreciated his transparency and integrity. From here on out, I won’t be going anywhere else to service my vehicle. It’s refreshing to be treated with respect and not like an easy target for upselling. On top of that, the waiting room is comfortable and well-stocked with refreshments, which makes the whole experience even better. Hats off to Carlos and the entire team in the shop for their outstanding and honest work.
